About me
My name is Jas Bansal-McNulty. I hold an MSc in Sport and Exercise Psychology from Brunel University, graduating with Distinction, and a BSc in Psychology from the University of Liverpool.
I have worked with elite athletes across Football, Athletics, MMA, Boxing, Muay Thai, Golf and many more. My work is evidence-based, grounded in formal psychology training and supervised applied practice. Not generic mindset advice.
Athletes like Novak Djokovic, LeBron James, Rory McIlroy and Lewis Hamilton have all spoken openly about working on their mindset to perform under pressure.
